This is an LP7 laser range finder by Simrad Optronics.
Luke Skywalker's Electrobinoculars from "The Empire Strikes Back" are based on this unit.
This Simrad Optronics LP-7 laser rangefinder still has all components, but is currently not functional.
The receiver and the laser have to be adjusted.
