These are replicas of the "four elements" stones from Luc Besson's "The Fifth Element": wind, fire, water and earth.
As far as I know, two sets of stones were made for the production of the film: A regular sized set for the close-ups
and a smaller sized set for the scene in which Bruce Willis pulls the stones out of the Diva's belly.
These replica stones were molded off the smaller set used in The 5th Element.
