This is an original space suit costume from "Event Horizon", worn by Richard T. Jones as "Cooper".
The lights on the side of the spacesuit helmet light up and the helmet and backpack have several hundred working LEDs.
There's even a fan built into the backpack that ventilates the helmet.

This space suit costume was used in the scene in which Cooper releases the oxygen from his backpack in order
to fly back to the Event Horizon. The backpack has tubes built in thru which the "oxygen" was released.
