This is a Buford Tannen file card from Back to the Future Part 3.
It was used in the scene in which Marty and Doc break into the abandoned library in the
alternate 1985. Photos are mounted on art board and and distressed to look 100 years old.
Rubber stamps declare it property of the Hill Valley Historical Society, and Hill Valley Department of Records.
From the typed copy, those familiar with the film will notice that Michael J. Fox's line "and tendency to drool"
was ad-libbed during production. This is an amazing piece demonstrating the level of detail the prop makers
went through for authenticity. There are even multiple types of book tape suggesting that it has been "maintained"
over the years.
From the collection of Dave de Vos.
