This is the "Youth Jailed" USA Today newspaper from Back to the Future II.
It is printed on actual newspaper stock (which has yellowed over the years,
although it actually will not be printed til 2015.
I sure hope this is not one of those things that Doc Browns says could destroy the universe! :-)

The movie prop newspaper features an article on Marty McFly Junior getting arrested.
And several "futuristic Headlines like "Man killed by falling litter thrown from hover vehicle"
and "Washington prepares for Queen Diana's visit".
